​Printing Small Details with DTF

To ensure fine details in your image print clearly make sure that the smallest areas are at least as thick as the minimum print tolerance.

Printing areas smaller than 1 point or 0.014" may not print.

Non-printing/Show-through gaps smaller than 2 points or 0.028" may fill in.

SAVE YOUR ARTWORK AT THE EXACT SIZE YOU WANT IT TO PRINT!

For example, if you select an 12" x 12" sheet, but upload an image that is 10" x 10", we will print the image at 10" x 10". Please leave margin at the edge of the sheet!

DON'T MIRROR YOUR IMAGE!

Submit your artwork as you want it to look on your garment and our artists will invert it to make sure it prints and presses correctly.

Gang Sheet Options

Art submitted for a Gang Sheet can contain as many images that can fit within the selected sheet. Use scissors or a paper cutter to cut apart your designs. We recommend leaving .25”-.5” space between each design. Transfers will come on a 22” roll. 

IF YOU SUBMIT A GANG SHEET WITH ONE IMAGE, IT WILL ONLY BE PRINTED AS ONE. WE WILL NOT FILL UP THE SHEET FOR YOU. YOU MUST PLACE EACH IMAGE YOURSELF!

Gang sheets are great for:

• Multiple sizes and placements like full back and left chest
• Higher volume quantities of smaller designs 

Washing & Care Instructions for Heat Transfer Garments

Caring for your heat transfer decorated garment is super simple and, if applied and cared for properly, will last the life of the garment. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after pressing a garment to perform a was dry cycle.

1) Inside Out Is Best

Washing the garment inside out is the best way to prevent premature wear and tear.

2) Have Zippers Or Buttons On Your Garment?

If you have zippers or buttons on the garment you decorated, it is best to wash it right-side out. This is to prevent the buttons/zippers from destroying your garment which would normally be washed inside out.

3) Follow The Care Instructions On Your Garment

The company that made the shirt knows the best temperature settings for washing and drying your garment.
