Because most of our products are customized, we follow a strict Return and Refund Policy as outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., custom signs, printed banners, promotional materials, apparel, etc.), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error attributable to our team.

Order Cancellations

Standard Products: Orders for non-custom items (if any) may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet begun and material has not been ordered.

Custom Products:Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

To request a cancellation, please email info@myinthemix.com or call us at (586) 573-4444 with your order number as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or includes a printing error caused by us, we will either:

  • Reprint the product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the issue provided that the print didn’t match the proof.

To qualify, you must:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging and shipping label.
  • Include a brief description of the issue.

Submit your claim to info@myinthemix.com with the subject line: "Damaged Product—Order #[Your Order Number]."

Incorrect Orders or Mistakes

If you receive an order that does not match the approved design or specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, or material), and the mistake was made on our end, we will gladly reprint or refund your order.

However, we are not responsible for errors resulting from:

  • Low-resolution files or incorrect artwork provided by the customer.
  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in artwork approved by the customer.
  • Customer-approved proofs with mistakes.
  • Artwork provided does not conform to our templates.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that “printed colors may differ” from final printed colors due to varying monitor calibration settings. Slight color variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refund or reprint.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but lost or stolen.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please note: Once your order has been approved, it cannot be canceled, modified, or replaced with new artwork.

Refund Processing Time

If your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
